A seasoned entrepreneur, investor and expert in venture creation. Tal is a visionary entrepreneur who founded ClickFox, a global leader in customer experience analytics platform. Tal is an adjunct faculty member in the college of computing at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. Tal has B.Sc in Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, M.Sc in computer science and Ph.D in Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.


Founder and Managing Partner

With over a decade of executive management, Omer has strong hands-on experience in fleet management, operations and finance management. Formerly, Omer served as director in Phoenix, one of the largest insurance companies in Israel. Omer has a Bachelor degree from IDC Herzelia.



Yoav brings more than 20 years’ experience in leading Israeli VCs. With an extensive know-how in growing over 70 portfolio companies, over 175 investments and 15 significant IPOs and M&As, Yoav is an expert in legal and financial due diligence and monitoring portfolio companies. Yoav holds an MBA in Information systems from Tel-Aviv university.


Venture Partner

Kent brings close to 20 years of global automotive and industrial investing and domain experience. Prior to joining Next Gear, he was head of business development at VectoIQ, a global venture advisory firm.  He is founding partner of 30X llc, where he currently advises companies in mobility, auto tech, smart cities and industrial-tech verticals.  Kent also serves as mentor for two leading accelerators, Techstars Mobility (Detroit) and Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (NYC).  Early in his career, he managed $1B in automotive/industrial equities as vice president at Capital Research, a leading global investment firm.  He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Economics from Harvard University.

Eran Sandhaus

Eran is a Managing Director at Copia Growth Partners and functions as strategic advisor, investor and board member in multiple companies in the areas of advanced mobility.  He has deployed over $1B in capital and brings over 20 years of technology and global business experience. Most recently, he led Delphi Automotive’s Autonomous Driving and Connected Services Business Unit and prior to that held executive leadership roles at Cypress, Qualcomm, TI and Marvell.  Eran holds a B.Sc (Cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. 



Mark Joseph, with over 30 years of leadership experience in public and private transportation, is the
former CEO of Transdev North America (TDNA), from 2006-2017, becoming the Global Chief Commercial
Officer for Transdev Group, and member of the Global Executive Committee. Under Mark’s leadership,
TDNA increased their revenues from $50 million/year to $1.5 billion (2001-2017), serving 200 locations
with 20,000 thousand employees.
In 2019, Mark launched Mobitas Advisors, as founder and CEO. Mark serves as an Advisor to ten early
and mid-stage companies, including NextGear Ventures (mobility fund) with an accelerator program
known as DRIVE (sponsored by Honda, Volvo, Hertz).
