A seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and expert in venture creation. For over twenty years, Dr. Cohen has been involved with countless startups, helping to create companies with billions of dollars in value.

Omer brings over a decade of financial, automotive and early-stage investment experience. Prior to NG, Omer was a partner of Myseedtech fund, worked in Mayer Investments and was VP of Kesher Rent a Car, a Hertz licensee in Israel.

A seasoned tech executive, Tali has led top Israeli firms like ECI Telecom and NICE, as well as startups in the mobility and renewable energy space. Tali holds an M.Sc. from Ben-Gurion University and is a member of the GCA's National Team of Directors.

Yoav brings more than 20 years’ experience in leading Israeli VCs. With extensive know-how in growing portfolio companies, from early-stage to IPOs and M&As, Yoav is an expert in legal and financial due diligence and monitoring portfolio companies.

Michel is the former Group President of Hertz International and a Strategic Advisor to Idate Digiworld, a European digital economy think tank with a special focus on Smart Cities.

Liat brings 10+ years of experience in operations management. Prior to NGV, she was the Operations Manager for Re: Tech, an innovation hub for retail and e-commerce related technologies, connecting Israeli startups to global retailers.

Prior to joining NGV, Raz managed DriveTLVs scouting and research division and was a Software Developer. He brings experience in large corporations in the cyber and intelligence sector and successful startups in the IT industry.

Tomer joins us with a powerhouse decade of experience at Viola Credit, part of one of Israel's leading VC groups. His financial acumen and strategic expertise will surely supercharge our financial operations and propel us to even greater heights.

Tamar drives daily operations with dedication and skill. Pursuing psychology with a UX focus, she excels in organization and understands team dynamics. Tamar ensures NGV functions smoothly.

Max brings a diverse, global perspective to our team. Max completed a degree in the humanities (Philosophy, Literature, and Jewish Studies) at Tel Aviv University in 2023. Prior to NGV, Max worked at MoreVC, a well-established fund in Israel.

Co-Founder at ComplexChaos, chairperson Women in Mobility. Former World Economic Forum Head of Automotive & Manufacturing CEOs council, with ~$3tn market cap.

Former CEO of Transdev North America, Mark grew revenues from $50M to $1.5B, serving 200 locations with 20,000 employees. He launched Mobitas Advisors in 2019, advising early and mid-stage companies.

Former Volvo Cars head of R&D, Mats has held leadership roles in program management, product planning, innovation, and engineering for 34+ years. He currently advises Edge Lab Learnings and RGNT electric motorcycles.

A serial entrepreneur, investor, and corporate executive for 30 years, David co-founded 19Y Advisors, aiding clients in disruptive markets. He contributed to Flexdrive's sale to Lyft, and served on boards of Getaround, Ridecell, and Vinli.

Currently Managing Director at Copia Growth Partners, Eran has deployed $1B+ over 20 years. Prior to Copia, Eran led units at Delphi Automotive and held executive roles at Cypress, Qualcomm, TI, and Marvell.

With 20 years in global automotive and industrial investing, Kent co-founded 30X LLC, which advises on mobility, auto tech, smart cities, and industrial tech. He previously led business development at VectoIQ and managed $1 billion in equities at Capital Research.
